TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

These conditions govern the contracting of tourist accommodation services offered through the website Cadizz Gestión Vacacional.

2. Booking Platform

Accommodation reservations are made through the integrated booking engine of Kross Booking, a PMS software for tourist accommodation management.

The booking engine always displays:

• Availability

• Prices

• Types of rates

• Cancellation policies

• Amounts to be paid and any advance payments

All information displayed during the booking process forms part of the contract between the customer and the accommodation provider.

3. Purpose of the Contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the reservation of stays in tourist accommodations managed by Cadizz Gestión Vacacional, for specific dates and under the conditions selected by the customer.

Making a reservation implies express acceptance of these conditions, as well as the specific conditions of the selected rate.

4. Booking Process

The contracting process is carried out online and includes:

• Selection of the accommodation, dates, and number of guests

• Selection of the available rate shown in the Kross Booking engine

• Review of the booking summary (price, conditions, and cancellation policy)

• Payment confirmation, either full or partial, depending on the selected rate

Once the process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

5. Prices and Payment Method

The prices shown are those indicated in the booking engine and are expressed in euros (€).

The final price includes accommodation and associated services indicated during the booking process, such as cleaning or management fees.

The system may require an advance payment or full payment, depending on the selected rate.

Cadizz Gestión Vacacional is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer during the booking process.

6. Cancellation and Modification Policy

🔹 Cancellations
The cancellation policy depends exclusively on the rate selected at the time of booking through the Kross Booking engine.

Each accommodation may offer:

• Non-refundable rates

• Standard rates with free cancellation up to a specific date

• Rates with partial cancellation

The specific conditions of each rate are clearly displayed before confirming the booking and are expressly accepted by the customer.

🔹 Modifications
Requests to modify dates, number of guests, or other aspects are subject to availability and may involve changes in price.

Acceptance of modification requests made shortly before the check-in date is not guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for tourist accommodation with specific execution dates or periods.

8. Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons registered in the booking.

Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Guests agree to respect the accommodation rules and neighborhood coexistence.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without the right to a refund.

9. Check-in, Registration, and Security Deposit

The customer must complete online check-in and register all guests in accordance with current legal regulations.

During the process, a bank card may be required as a security deposit, depending on the accommodation.

Failure to complete the registration may prevent access to the accommodation.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For any disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, unless otherwise provided by law.
