Hello, I'm Jesica Baños.
Founder of Cadizz Gestión Vacacional, a company specializing in the comprehensive management of tourist accommodations in Cadiz, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chiclana de la Frontera.

But beyond a position or a company, I want to tell you who's behind Cadizz.

I am 37 years old, a mother, and I started this project after years of working in the tourism sector, learning from real experience, daily effort, and direct contact with owners and guests.

Although I was born in Barcelona, Cádiz has always been a part of my story. My mother fell in love with this land during a holiday in El Puerto de Santa María and decided to start a new life here. Years later, I did the same: I moved here to raise my son in a place where life is lived in a more intimate, peaceful, and authentic way.

My journey in tourism started from the bottom. I began working cleaning tourist apartments while balancing my work life with motherhood. Over time, I grew within the sector: guest services, check-in coordination, handling incidents, organization, daily management of accommodations, and optimizing bookings.

That's where I discovered something important: not only did I like this job, I was good at it.
He understood what a guest needs to feel comfortable and, above all, what a homeowner needs to feel at ease and truly trust the person managing their property.

While working, I continued my self-directed learning: management tools, tourism platforms, regulations, pricing strategies, customer service, and optimization of holiday accommodations.

But there was something that finally gave Cadizz a boost.

For years I heard the same concerns from many homeowners:
“My home is billed, but nobody is informing me.”
“They don’t check the details.”
“I feel like my apartment is just another number.”
“I don’t have time to manage it on my own.”

And I understood that there was another way of doing things.

This is how Cadizz was born: a close, transparent and professional vacation management service, where each property receives real attention and each owner knows at all times what is happening with their accommodation.

Today I continue working with the same philosophy I started with:
prioritize quality over quantity, take care of every detail, and offer clear and honest communication.

Because for me, managing a tourist accommodation is not just about opening a booking calendar.
It's about taking care of a property as if it were your own, conveying confidence to the owner, and ensuring that each guest enjoys an experience they want to repeat.

That's the project I built.
And that's the essence of Cadizz.
